3. Be kind to your mind đ§Ą
Words for the soul as we embark on a new day, week, and month ahead:
You're honoring yourself by making better choices. Breaking old cycles is a process. Appreciate your progress.
May you accept the truth that has presented itself. May you release assumption and fantasy. May you build your future on clarity.
A lot of people have written on the pages of your life. It's time to reclaim the pen. You don't have to keep following that script. If you weren't reciting their lines, what would your soul say?
May the dream you're carrying come alive. May it soar and sing. May the delays and detours not cause you to quit. May you breathe, stretch, and birth the beautiful vision. May it exceed your imagination.

4. Ineffective to effective đ
The most ineffective people spend way too much time focusing on what they donât have, what they canât do, or on whatâs not happening.
The most effective people do the opposite.
They focus on what they can do, on what they do have, and on what is happening.
So going from ineffective to effective is not about resources, connections, or knowledge.
Itâs more about mindset.
Itâs about controlling what you can control, and focusing on what you are able to do right now with where you are and what you have.
â Light Watkins
5. Enjoy the present đ
Relax. Your rumination, analysis, worry, and need to control the future are robbing you of the current moment. Yes, there is a time for preparation, but continually thinking of the future guarantees you'll never enjoy in the present.
â James Clear
